… thats when the abuser inside me came out… i yelled at her in shock… i degraded her.. (still did not use much bad language though)… talked bad things about her… and made her feel like she was immoral woman.

i yelled at her upto the point she cried for days together… and then… when things got cooled down,… i got a panic attack and hyper ventilated on her. this is when she walked out. though she is back… i want to try not to get jelous and i dont want to become controlling… which i obviouisly was trying to do.
